Teaching and Learning Model for Creating STEM Education Innovations for Teachers Practicing Professional Experience According to the Guidelines for Driving the Economy (BCG Model)

Abstract
The purposes of this study are 1) to establish a model that will enable students pursuing professional teaching experience to become competent in educational innovation creation and STEM learning management, based on the economic driving principle (BCG Model), 2) to investigate the outcomes of the experiment utilizing the competency development model for STEM learning management and educational innovation in accordance with the economic driving principle (BCG Model) for students undergoing professional teaching experience, and 3) to share and draw lessons from the economic driving guideline (BCG Model) for students pursuing professional teaching experience in competency development models for educational innovation and STEM learning management. Research and development are the research methodology, and the sample group comprises 250 professional students enrolled in the third year of the second semester of the 2023 academic year at the Faculty of Education at Phetchabun Rajabhat University. These pupils were chosen by a basic random sampling method based on a lottery. Examples of research instruments include content analysis, t-tests, standard deviations, tests and evaluations, and averages in data analysis and interviews. The results of the study found that; 1) the results of creating a competency development model for STEM learning management and educational innovation based on economic driving principles (BCG Model) for students seeking professional teaching experience showed that overall appropriateness was at the highest level, with a mean of 4.75. and a standard deviation of 0.54, 2) the results of the experiment using the competency development model applied to educational innovation and STEM learning management utilizing the economic driving strategy (BCG Model), and 3) conclusions drawn from the conversation and knowledge acquired about the framework for improving students' capacity to create creative curriculum and organize STEM education in line with the BCG Model, which functions as the financial model for professional teaching experience. It was found that; 3.1) the ability to organize STEM education in accordance with the economic driving criteria (BCG Model) is a crucial understanding, 3.2) according to the economic driving guideline (BCG Model), STEM learning management skills are essential for fostering the development of innovative educational practices, and 3.3) to encourage the development of educational innovations in learning management inside the classroom, students pursuing professional teaching experience in STEM education management under the economic driving concept (BCG Model) must possess certain qualities.
