การเตรียมนักศึกษาครูให้มีสมรรถนะทั้งด้านความรู้ ทักษะ และการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นเป็นสิ่งสำคัญอย่างยิ่ง ทฤษฎีการเรียนรู้เพื่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงของเมซิโรว์ (Mezirow) เป็นวิธีการหนึ่งที่จะช่วยกระตุ้นให้ผู้เรียนได้คิดวิเคราะห์ โดยการจัดสภาพ การเรียนให้เผชิญกับวิกฤตการณ์ที่ไม่เป็นไปตามมุมมองเดิมของตน เกิดการใคร่ครวญอย่างมีวิจารณญาณ สนทนาเชิงวิพากษ์ จนนำไปสู่การเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ บทความนี้จึงนำเสนอหลักของ การเรียนรู้เพื่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง แนวทางการจัดการเรียนการสอนเพื่อให้ ผู้เรียนได้เรียนรู้สู่การเปลี่ยนแปลง  โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อสร้างศักยภาพทางการเป็นครู ที่ไม่เพียงแต่มี ทักษะทางการเป็นครู แต่ต้องสามารถแสดงวิสัยทัศน์และเป็นผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางการศึกษา

Transformative Learning : A Learning Management in Pre-service Teacher Training

ABSTRACT

Preparation of Pre-serviceteachers who fulfilled with knowledge, skills, competencies, and working with others is extremely important. Transformative learning theory, as outlined by Mezirow, suggests student learning is spurred by a disorienting dilemma. Students then use critical reflection and discourse prior to implementing new learning. This article explores the use of transformative learning principles in teaching education. A goal is to cultivate teaching capability, this is, teachers who are not only able to work skillfully, but who also demonstrate vision about teacher and leadership in education
