การศึกษา และพัฒนาสมรรถนะของครูโรงเรียนเทศบาล 2 (วัดทุ่งสวน) สังกัดเทศบาลเมืองกำแพงเพชร จังหวัดกำแพงเพชร

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาค้นคว้าครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา และพัฒนาสมรรถนะของครูโรงเรียนเทศบาล 2 (วัดทุ่งสวน) สังกัดเทศบาลเมืองกำแพงเพชร จังหวัดกำแพงเพชร ปีการศึกษา 2547 ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย จำนวน 699  คน และปีการศึกษา 2548  ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย จำนวน 703  คน การสนทนากลุ่มดำเนินการโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 13 คน โดยมีแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับสมรรถนะของครู แบ่งเป็น 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านความรู้และประสบการณ์ ด้านการปฏิบัติงาน และด้านการปฏิบัติตน มีลักษณะเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ  เป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูล ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การศึกษาสมรรถนะของครู โรงเรียนเทศบาล 2 (วัดทุ่งสวน) สังกัดเทศบาลเมืองกำแพงเพชร  จังหวัดกำแพงเพชร ปีการศึกษา 2547 ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับ ปานกลาง  เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการปฏิบัติตน อยู่ในระดับ มาก รองลงมา ได้แก่ ด้านการปฏิบัติงาน อยู่ในระดับ ปานกลาง และด้านความรู้และประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ อยู่ในระดับ น้อย  2) การพัฒนาสมรรถนะของครู โรงเรียนเทศบาล 2 (วัดทุ่งสวน) สังกัดเทศบาลเมืองกำแพงเพชร  จังหวัดกำแพงเพชร  ปีการศึกษา 2548 ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับ มาก โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด ได้แก่ ด้านความรู้ และประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ รองลงมา ได้แก่ ด้านการปฏิบัติตน และด้านการปฏิบัติงาน ตามลำดับ

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this research were to study and development of teacher’s competency at Tessaban 2 (Wattungsuan) school, Kamphaengphet municipality, Kamphaengphet province in the academic year 2004 -2005. The population of the study in the year 2004 were 699 persons select to the teachers 53 persons, the committee base-school council 7 persons, the samples select to the student’s parents of Tassaban 2 (Wattungsuan) school 639 persons from to Krejcie and Morgan. The  population of to study in the year 2005  were  703 persons select to the teachers 53 persons, the committee base – school council 7 persons, the samples select to the student’s parents of Tassaban 2 (Wattungsuan) school 643 persons from to Krejcie and Morgan, focus  group discussion by the commentators 13 persons.

The instruments used to collect data was the ability of teachers compentency questionnaire which can be devided into three parts: (1) knowledge and professional experience, (2) standard setting procedure, (3) individual behavior. The questionnaire can be scaled into 5 levels; the mostly, the most, medium, less, the least. The data were analyzed by to frequency distribution percent mean and standard deviation.

The results of this research were as follow: 1. The teacher compentency at Tessaban 2 (Wattungsuan) school, Kamphaengphet municipality, Kamphaengphet province was medium level when consider in factor found that individual behavior was the most level and the standard setting procedure was medium level and knowledge and professional experience was the less level. 2. The teachers compentency at Tessaban 2 (Wattungsuan) school, Kamphaengphet municipality, Kamphaengphet province in 2005 semester was mostly in every parts especially in part of knowledge and experience and follow by individual behavior and standard setting procedure was the last.
