การพัฒนาหน่วยการเรียนรู้แบบบูรณาการ เรื่อง กล้วยไข่ สำหรับ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาและหาประสิทธิภาพหน่วยการเรียนรู้แบบบูรณาการ เรื่อง กล้วยไข่ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2   2)  เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2 หลังเรียนกับก่อนเรียนหน่วยการเรียนรู้แบบบูรณาการ เรื่อง กล้วยไข่

กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2/1  โรงเรียนสาธิตฯ อำเภอเมือง  จังหวัดกำแพงเพชร จำนวน 30 คน ในภาคเรียนที่ 2  ปีการศึกษา 2548  ซึ่งได้มาจากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง  เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย 1. หน่วยการเรียนรู้แบบบูรณาการ เรื่อง กล้วยไข่ สำหรับ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2  แบ่งออกเป็นหน่วยการเรียนรู้จำนวน   6 หน่วย  1) กล้วยไข่เมืองกำแพงเพชร  2) แหล่งที่ปลูก  3) การปลูกกล้วยไข่  4) ช่วยกันดูแล  5) กล้วยไข่จานโปรด  และ 6) ประเพณีสารทไทยกล้วยไข่เมืองกำแพงเพชร  2. แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนที่เป็น  แบบทดสอบปรนัยชนิดเลือกตอบ 3  ตัวเลือก  จำนวน 30 ข้อ โดยมีวิธีการดำเนินการ 2 ขั้นตอน คือ  ขั้นตอนที่ 1  การพัฒนาและหาประสิทธิภาพหน่วยการเรียนรู้แบบบูรณาการ เรื่อง กล้วยไข่ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2   ขั้นตอนที่ 2  การเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2 หลังเรียนกับก่อนเรียนหน่วยการเรียนรู้แบบบูรณาการ เรื่อง  กล้วยไข่

ผลของการวิจัยพบว่า

1. การพัฒนาหน่วยการเรียนรู้แบบบูรณาการ เรื่อง กล้วยไข่ มีกระบวนการที่สำคัญได้แก่การศึกษาแนวคิดทฤษฎีและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องนำมาสร้างหน่วยการเรียนรู้ และให้กรรมการ ที่ปรึกษาวิทยานิพนธ์ตรวจสอบความเหมาะสม  ความสอดคล้องของจุดประสงค์  เนื้อหา กิจกรรม และสอบถามความเหมาะสมของหน่วยการเรียนรู้แบบบูรณาการ เรื่อง กล้วยไข่ จาก ผู้ปกครอง คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนสาธิตฯ ผู้ประกอบอาชีพเกี่ยวกับกล้วยไข่ คณะครูโรงเรียนสาธิตฯ และผู้เชี่ยวชาญ มีความเห็นว่า เป็นหน่วยการเรียนรู้มีความเหมาะสมมากถึงมากที่สุด  จากนั้นนำหน่วยการเรียนรู้ไปตรวจสอบหาประสิทธิภาพรายบุคคล 1 : 1 : 1  และกลุ่มเล็ก  3 : 3 : 3  เมื่อแก้ไขปรับปรุงแล้วนำไปตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพกลุ่มใหญ่โดยผลการหาประสิทธิภาพ  ของหน่วยการเรียนรู้แบบบูรณาการ เรื่อง กล้วยไข่ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษา ปีที่ 2 มีประสิทธิภาพ  83.26/86.67  ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ 80/80

2. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2  หลังเรียนด้วยหน่วย  การเรียนรู้แบบบูรณาการ เรื่อง กล้วยไข่ สูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

ABSTRACT

The  purpose  of  this  research  were  to  1)  develop  and  find  the  efficiency  of  integrated  instructional  units  of  Kluai  Khai  for  Prathomsuksa  2  students.  2)  compare  results  of  pre-post  test  on  learning  achievement  by Prathomsuksa 2  students  who  were  taught  under  integrated  instructional  units  of  Khuai  Khai.

The  sample  of  this  study  were  specified  on  30 Prathomsuksa 2/1  from  Demonstrative  school  of  Muang  District, Kamphaeng  Phet province  during  the  second  semester  of  academic  year  2005. The  research  instruments  were lesson plan :  the  integrated  instruction  unit  of  Kluai  Khai  for Prathomsuksa 2  students.  There  were  6  units  of  learning  which  were   1)  Kamphaeng  Phet  Kluai  Khai   2)  Planting  places  3)  Kluai  Khai  planting   4)  Take  care  of  Kluai  Khai  5)  Favorite  Kluai  Khai  food   and   6) Sart  Thai  Kluai  Khai  Festival. And  30  items  of multiple  choices learning   achievement  test .  There  were  2  steps  of  study.  The  first  step  was  developing  and  find  the  efficiency  of  integrated  instructional  units  on  Kluai  Khai  for Prathomsuksa 2 students.    The  second  step  was    compare  the  results  of  pre-post  test  on  learning  achievement  by Prathomsuksa 2   who  were  taught  under  integrated  instructional  units  of  Kluai  Khai.

The  research  findings  were  as  follows  :

1.  There were important process for developing integrated instructional units as shown below.

1.1  Study the theory and the documents to create  the learning  units

1.2  Let the adisors check the appropriate , the agreement of goals, contentsand activities.

2.  Asking parents, demonstrated school boards, people who earn a living with  Kluai Khai  , demonstrated school teachers and experts about the appropriate of integrated units on Kluai Khai.  All of the agreed with the appropriate of the units.

3.  Finding  the efficiency of learning unit by person and small group  and then find the efficiency of Prathomsuksa 2 students which were 83.26/88.65 that were higher  than  the  criteria  of  80/80.

4.  The  post - test  achievement  of  students  taught  by  integrated  instructional  units  of  Kluai  Khai  was  significantly level  higher  than  pre - test at the .05 level.
