Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยประเมินหลักสูตรศึกษาศาสตรดุษฎีบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการบริหารการศึกษา ภาควิชาการศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ มีวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย คือ1) เพื่อประเมินความเหมาะสมของวัตถุประสงค์ โครงสร้าง และรายวิชาของหลักสูตร 2) เพื่อประเมินความเหมาะสมของการดำเนินการใช้หลักสูตรในช่วง ปี พ.ศ.2546 ถึง 2550 และ3) เพื่อประเมินผลสัมฤทธิ์ของหลักสูตร วิธีการวิจัยใช้การรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับหลักสูตร ได้แก่ บัณฑิตที่สำเร็จการศึกษา ผู้ร่วมงานของบัณฑิต และผู้บังคับบัญชาของบัณฑิต โดยการส่งแบบสอบถามทางไปรษณีย์ และการสนทนากลุ่มผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ได้รับแบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มบัณฑิตจำนวน 8 ฉบับ คิดเป็น 100% กลุ่มผู้บังคับบัญชาบัณฑิต 15 ฉบับ จาก 16 ฉบับ  คิดเป็น 93.75% และกลุ่มเพื่อนร่วมงานบัณฑิต 24 ฉบับคิดเป็น 100% วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าความถี่ และวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ประเมินความเหมาะสมของหลักสูตรในด้านต่างๆ ซึ่งผลการวิจัยมีดังนี้

1) การประเมินความเหมาะสมของวัตถุประสงค์ โครงสร้าง และรายวิชาแต่ละกลุ่มวิชาพบว่า ส่วนใหญ่เห็นว่า มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากถึงมากที่สุด

2) ความเหมาะสมของการใช้หลักสูตรในด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน การดำเนินการตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน และแนวปฏิบัติของบัณฑิตวิทยาลัย ส่วนใหญ่เห็นว่า มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านปัจจัยสนับสนุนการเรียนการสอน ส่วนใหญ่มีความเห็นว่า มีความเหมาะสมในระดับปานกลางถึงมาก ด้านกิจกรรม ส่วนใหญ่มีความเห็นว่ามีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก และด้านอาจารย์ ส่วนใหญ่เห็นว่า มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

3) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ของหลักสูตรในด้านความสามารถและคุณลักษณะของบัณฑิต ส่วนใหญ่เห็นว่า บัณฑิตมีความสามารถและคุณลักษณะอยู่ในระดับมากถึงมากที่สุด

ABSTRACT

This research is an evaluation study of the doctoral degree program in Educational Administration, Department of Education, Faculty of Education at Kasetsart University. The purposes of the research were to evaluate the appropriateness of program’s objectives, structure and courses, the appropriateness of the program’s operation during 2001-2007 academic years as well as the curriculum effectiveness. Methodology used included collection of data from those involved with the curriculum, which were 8 graduates, 25colleagues, and 16 graduates’ employers or commanders. Data were collected through questionnaires sent by mail and also through focus group discussions with the experts. Data from 8 graduates or 100%, 24colleagues or 100% and 15 graduates’ employers or 93.75% were analyzed, using frequency and questionnaire contents, and assessed its appropriateness. The results were as shown in following findings.

1) The evaluation result on the appropriateness of the objectives,structure,and courses in each subject group showed the high to highest level of appropriateness.

2) The evaluation result on the appropriateness of the curriculum utilization, on the aspect of instruction and operation according to standards, and graduate school regulations, showed high level of appropriateness. For the aspect on instructional supports, the level of appropriateness was found to be at the moderate to highest level. The aspect on extracurricular was found to be at high level and the aspects on instructors was found to be at highest level of appropriateness.

3) The curriculum effectiveness revealed that graduates’ competency and characteristics were at high to highest level.
