บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยเรื่องนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาประวัติการดำเนินกิจการ แหล่งเงินทุนและวิธีการแก้ปัญหาที่บริษัทเผชิญในอดีตจนถึงปัจจุบัน เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะผู้ประกอบการของ บริษัท นครชัยขนส่ง จำกัด เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำของผู้ประกอบการ เพื่อศึกษาแนวคิดในการบริหารจัดการ เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการ เพื่อศึกษาความสำเร็จของบริษัท ประชากรเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ประธานบริษัท นครชัยขนส่ง จำกัด กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้วัดความสำเร็จของบริษัท คือ ผู้ใช้บริการรถโดยสารของบริษัทฯ ซึ่งการวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบทดสอบและแบบสอบถาม เป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัย ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ผู้ประกอบการคือนายควง วงศ์เบญจรัตน์ พื้นฐานครอบครัวประกอบอาชีพขายเนื้อสุกร ค้าขายพืชไร่และของป่า นายควง ช่วยเหลือครอบครัวในการทำกิจการมาโดยตลอด จึงได้รับการปลูกฝังให้เป็นผู้ประกอบการ การเข้ามาทำธุรกิจรถโดยสารเพราะว่าเล็งเห็นความสำคัญของการขนส่งและการเดินทางที่จะมีในอนาคต นายควง มีคุณลักษณะของผู้ประกอบการโดยเรียงลำดับคุณลักษณะที่โดดเด่นเฉพาะจากการประเมินของพนักงาน ผลที่ได้คือ รู้จักประหยัดมีความโดดเด่นมากที่สุด มีความกล้าเสี่ยง มีความซื่อสัตย์ เพียรพยายาม อดทน ต้องการมุ่งความสำเร็จ มีวิสัยทัศน์และการเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์ ตามลำดับ และนายควงฯนั้นให้ความสำคัญต่อพนักงานทุกคนเพราะถือเป็นส่วนที่สำคัญที่สุดในการดำเนินธุรกิจบริการ และมุ่งเน้นในการบริการที่เป็นเลิศเพื่อความพึงพอใจสูงสุดของลูกค้า ด้านภาวะผู้นำนายควงฯเป็นผู้นำที่เป็นแบบสั่งการและแบบมุ่งความสำเร็จ เป็นผู้ที่มุ่งเน้นการสร้างวิสัยทัศน์ขององค์กรให้เป็นเลิศในอนาคต สร้างวัฒนธรรมและค่านิยมในองค์กร เสริมสร้างแรงจูงใจให้แก่พนักงานการวัดความสำเร็จจากการวัดระดับความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการพบว่า

กลุ่มลูกค้าส่วนใหญ่ของกิจการเป็นกลุ่มวัยทำงาน มีการใช้บริการมานานกว่า  2  ปี และยังมีความต้องการที่จะใช้บริการในครั้งต่อ ๆ ไป มากถึงร้อยละ 99.5 ส่วนใหญ่ลูกค้ามีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก ทั้งด้านลักษณะทางกายภาพ ด้านราคา ด้านการจัดจำหน่าย ด้านพนักงาน และการบริการ

ABSTRACT

The research aimed at studying the history of enterprise conduct, source of fund, and method of solving problem faced by the Company so far in order to study into the quality of entrepreneur of the Nakhonchai Transport Co., Ltd., to study into the leadership of entrepreneur, to study into the management concept, to study into the satisfaction of service user, and to study into the success of the Company. The target population used in the study consisted of the President of the Nakhonchai Transport Co.,Ltd. Sample used in measuring company’s success was service users of bus of the Company. In this research, interview, test, and questionnaire were used as research tool. In was found from the research that the entrepreneur, Mr. Kuang Wongbenjarat, whose family has occupation as selling pork, trading plants and wild plants, has helped his family in conducting business so far; so, he was imbued as an entrepreneur already. He entered into the bus business as he realized the importance of transportation and tour in the future. Mr. Kuang has his qualities of entrepreneurship as assessed by the staff including being economic as the most remarkable one, being brave to risk, being honest, being diligent, being patient, being determined to success, having vision and learning from experience, respectively. And Mr. Kuang cares all of his staff as he considered these staff as the most important part in conducting service business and focused on the excellent service in order for the customer’s satisfaction. On leadership, Mr. Kuang is the leader who is determined to success, focusing on creating vision of the excellent organization in the future, creating culture and value for the organization, and motivating and inspiring staff. The measurement of success from the level of satisfaction of service user was found that most of customers of the enterprise were working group with service using for more than 2 years and have still wanted to continue using service for 99.5 percent; most customers were satisfied at much level on physical characteristics, on price, on distribution, on staff, and on service.
