บทคัดย่อ

               วิทยานิพนธ์ในครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อวิเคราะห์ตัวแปรจำแนกและจัดอันดับความสำคัญของตัวแปรที่สามารถจำแนกผลการประเมินผลงานทางวิชาการที่ผ่านและไม่ผ่านการเลื่อนวิทยฐานะของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาพิษณุโลก  กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ครูที่ส่งผลงานเพื่อเลื่อนวิทยฐานะชำนาญการพิเศษ  สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาพิษณุโลก จำนวน 250 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือแบบสอบถามทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยคำนวณร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สันการทดสอบแบบไคสแควร์และวิธีการวิเคราะห์จำแนกประเภทแบบขั้นตอนผลการวิจัยพบว่า ตัวแปรสำคัญที่สามารถจำแนกผลการประเมินผลงานทางวิชาการที่ผ่านและไม่ผ่านการเลื่อนวิทยฐานะของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาในเขตจังหวัดพิษณุโลก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 มีจำนวน 2 ตัวแปร ได้แก่ เจตคติที่มีต่อการทำวิจัยและเวลาสำหรับการทำวิจัยโดยสมการจำแนกผลการประเมินผลงานทางวิชาการที่ผ่านและไม่ผ่านการเลื่อนวิทยฐานะของครู สามารถพยากรณ์จำแนกประเภทได้ร้อยละ 67.0 และร้อยละ 65.4 ตามลำดับและสามารถพยากรณ์จำแนกในภาพรวมได้ร้อยละ 66.0

ABSTRACT          

The purpose of this research were to analyze the discriminating variable and to rank  the importance of variables which could be used to discriminate the result of academic papers evaluation that passed or failed of government teachers’ academic standing promotion in Phitsanulok educational service area. The samples of this study were 250 government teachers under Phitsanulok Educational Service Area who submitted academic papers for Senior Professional promotion. The research tool was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’ s Product  Moment Correlation Coefficient, Chi-Square test, and Stepwise Discriminant Analysis.The research results revealed that there were 2 important variables which had a significant statistical at .01 using to discriminate the result of academic papers evaluation that passed or failed of government teachers’ academic standing promotion in Phitsanulok educational service area. The 2 variables were attitude towards research andtime for doing research.The discriminating functions which can be used for discriminate classification of academic papers evaluation between passed or failed of government teachers’ academic standing promotion in Phitsanulok Educational Service Area could be able to predict at 67 percent and 65.4 percent respectively and they could be predict in overall at 66 percent.
