การพัฒนาระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านหว้าน อำเภอเพ็ญ จังหวัดอุดรธานี

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาหาสาเหตุของปัญหาการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน  2) เพื่อสร้างนวัตกรรมที่ใช้พัฒนาระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน 3) เพื่อศึกษาผลการพัฒนาระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนด้วยนวัตกรรมที่สร้างขึ้น การวิจัยมี 3 ระยะ ระยะที่ 1 การศึกษาหาสาเหตุของปัญหาการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน พบสาเหตุของปัญหา คือ การไปเยี่ยมบ้านนักเรียนของครูอย่างน้อยภาคเรียนละ 1 ครั้ง  การปรึกษาหารือกับครูเพื่อตัดสินเกี่ยวกับการแบ่งกลุ่มนักเรียนตามการแสดงออก (กลุ่มปกติ กลุ่มพิเศษ กลุ่มเสี่ยง กลุ่มมีปัญหา) ความต่อเนื่องในการส่งเสริมนักเรียนในปกครองให้ได้รับการพัฒนา ความร่วมมือระหว่างครูกับพ่อแม่ ผู้ปกครอง เพื่อส่งเสริมให้นักเรียนให้ได้รับการพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง  การประชุมวางแผนเพื่อป้องกันและแก้ปัญหานักเรียน  การจัดทำแผนที่ชัดเจนในการส่งต่อนักเรียนไปยังผู้เชี่ยวชาญ  การประชุมวางแผนเพื่อป้องกันและแก้ปัญหานักเรียน ระยะที่ 2  การสร้างนวัตกรรมที่ใช้พัฒนาระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน  นวัตกรรมที่ใช้พัฒนา ประกอบด้วย   1) โครงการเยี่ยมบ้านนักเรียน   2) โครงการประชุมครู นักเรียน ผู้ปกครองนักเรียน และกรรมการสถานศึกษา  3) โครงการศึกษาเอกสาร   ระยะที่ 3  การศึกษาผลการพัฒนาระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนด้วยนวัตกรรมที่สร้างขึ้น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า  นวัตกรรมที่ใช้พัฒนาทำให้ความรู้ ความเข้าใจของครู  ความพึงพอใจของครู  นักเรียน  ผู้ปกครองนักเรียน  และกรรมการสถานศึกษา หลังการพัฒนาสูงกว่าก่อนการพัฒนา และจำนวนนักเรียนที่มีพฤติกรรมที่มีปัญหาหลังการพัฒนาลดลงกว่าก่อนการพัฒนา

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the causes of the problems concerning the performance of the student supporting system. , 2) to create the innovation to the development of the student supporting system, and  3) to study the outcome  of the development of the student supporting system with the create of the innovation. The research included three phases and the findings were as follows :

Phase l:  The study of the causes of the problems concerning the student supporting system.  The causes of the problems for the creation of the innovation were : The home visit to the students  residents. The meeting with the teachers to classify students in to their groups (normal, special, risk, problem) The continuity of supporting of students. The parents and teachers participation to the continuity of supporting and the development of the students. Making the plan of the students problem solving. Making the clear plan to send forwards the students to the specialists. Phase ll :  The creation of the innovation to the development of the student supporting system.  The innovation for the development were :  1) the home visit program to the students’ residents  2) the meeting of the teachers, the parents, and the school committee.  3) the study of document.  Phase lll :  The study of the outcome of the development of the student supporting system with the creation of the innovation. The findings showed that the teachers’ knowledge and the satisfaction of the teachers, the students, parents, and the school committee after the development were higher than before, and the number of students with problems was decreased than before.
