บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย เพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม วิธีสอนศีลธรรมระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ของพระ สอนศีลธรรม ตามโครงการของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ ประเมินผลการใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม ศึกษาความพึงพอใจการ ใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม และติดตามผลการใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้สำหรับการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ประกอบด้วยกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 2 กลุ่ม คือ กลุ่มพระสงฆ์จานวน 129 รูป เพื่อใช้ในการสำรวจความคิดเห็นและความต้องการ เกี่ยวกับวิธีสอนศีลธรรมระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ของพระสอนศีลธรรมที่ปฏิบัติงานสอนในกรุงเทพมหานคร และกลุ่มพระสอนศีลธรรมระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น จำนวน 30 รูป ที่ปฏิบัติงานสอนในกรุงเทพมหานคร และที่สมัครเข้ารับการฝึกอบรม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม แบบทดสอบก่อนและหลังการฝึกอบรม แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ และแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที (t-test Dependent) ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ ดังนี้ 1) หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม วิธีสอนศีลธรรมระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ของพระสอนศีลธรรมมีผลการประเมินดัชนีความ สอดคล้อง มากกว่า 0.50 และมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) ผลการทดลองใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม พบว่าหลังการฝึกอบรม ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมมีคะแนนทดสอบความรู้เพิ่มขึ้น มากกว่าก่อนการฝึกอบรม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3) ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมมีความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้ หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และ 4) การติดตามผล การใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม เมื่อเวลาผ่านไปแล้ว 1 เดือน พบว่า ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมได้นาความรู้ที่ได้รับจากการฝึกอบรมไปใช้ปฏิบัติงานสอนได้ผลจริง และจากการ สนทนากลุ่ม พบว่า หลักสูตรมีความสอดคล้องและมีความเหมาะสมทั้งด้านระยะเวลา ด้านเนื้อหา ด้านกิจกรรม ด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอน และด้านการประเมินผล สามารถนาไปใช้เป็นหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมวิธีสอนศีลธรรมระดับ มัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ของพระสอนศีลธรรม ตามโครงการของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ และสามารถนาไปประยุกต์ใช้ กับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this research were: to develop a training curriculum on ethics teaching method in junior secondary school level for ethics teaching monks according to the Ministry of Education project, to evaluate the effectiveness of the training curriculum, to study the participants’ satisfaction on the training curriculum, and to follow up the utilization of the curriculum. The sample of this research consisted of 2 sample groups: there were 129 monks using for examining the opinions and needs concerning with ethics teaching method in junior secondary school level of the ethics teaching monks in Bangkok. The other group was 30 ethics teaching monks in junior secondary school level in Bangkok who voluntarily participate in the training program. The research instruments were the questionnaires using to collect the data on general data of the sample, pre and post tests in training, participants’ satisfaction, and training curriculum. The data were analyzed, by computer program, in terms of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The results were as follows: 1) The index of congruence of the training curriculum was more than 0.50 and the suitability was at the highest level. 2) The post test scores of the participants were significantly higher than the pretest score at .05 level. It could be concluded that the participants gained more knowledge. 3) The satisfaction of the participants on the training curriculum was at the highest level. 4) The follow up assessment of the training curriculum commenced 1 month after finishing the training program. It was found that: the participants brought the knowledge from the training program to use effectively in their teaching. All 12 participants in the focus group had accordant opinions that the training curriculum was congruence and suitability concerning with time, content courses, activities, instructional medias, and evaluation. Therefore, the training curriculum was able to be used as training curriculum on ethics teaching in junior secondary school level for ethics teaching monks according to the Ministry of Education project. Thus, the training curriculum could be applied to use in training on ethics teaching method for in different of secondary school levels. In addition, other organizations that have ethics teaching monk project could also be able to adopt this training curriculum to use for training the ethics teaching monks in the organizations.
