บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารงานวิจัยในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา และมีวัตถุประสงค์เฉพาะดังนี้ 1. เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการและแนวทางการบริหารงานวิจัยในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา 2. เพื่อสร้างรูปแบบการบริหารงานวิจัยในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา 3. เพื่อประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารงานวิจัยในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยมี 3 ขั้นตอนคือ 1) การศึกษา ความต้องการและแนวทางการบริหารงานวิจัยในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาผู้ให้ข้อมูลเป็นผู้บริหาร ครูและบุคลากรในสถานศึกษา จำนวน 400 คน และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิที่มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ในเรื่องการบริหารงานวิจัยในสถานศึกษาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive  Selection) จำนวน 9 คน 2) การสร้างรูปแบบการบริหารงานวิจัยในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา ผู้ให้ข้อมูลเป็นผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิที่มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ในเรื่องการบริหารงานวิจัยในสถานศึกษาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Selection) จำนวน 9 คน และ 3) การประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารงานวิจัยในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา ผู้ให้ข้อมูลได้แก่ ครูและบุคลากรในสถานศึกษา จำนวน 180 คน ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Selection) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ความต้องการและแนวทางการบริหารงานวิจัยในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาประกอบด้วย (1) ด้านปัจจัยการบริหารงานวิจัยในสถานศึกษา (2) ด้านกระบวนการบริหารงานวิจัยแบบประเมินเสริมพลัง และ (3) ด้านผลการพัฒนาคุณภาพการบริหารงานวิจัยในสถานศึกษา 2) การสร้างรูปแบบการบริหารงานวิจัยในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา ประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบหลักดังนี้ องค์ประกอบหลักที่ 1 ปัจจัยการบริหารงานวิจัยสู่ความสำเร็จ องค์ประกอบหลักที่ 2 กระบวนการบริหารงานวิจัยแบบประเมินเสริมพลัง และองค์ประกอบหลักที่ 3 ผลการพัฒนาคุณภาพการวิจัยในสถานศึกษา 3) การประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารงานวิจัยในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา มีความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมาก และความมีประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

A Research Management Model for the Schools under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area

ABSTRACT

The main purpose of this research study was to develop a research management model for the schools under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Areas.  The specific purposes of the research were 1. to study the current conditions of research management practices in the schools under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Areas. 2. to construct a research management model for the schools under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Areas. 3. to evaluate the constructed model of research management for the schools under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Areas. The research procedure followed three steps : 1) studying the current conditions of research management practices in the schools under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Areas. The data sources were the administrators, teachers and personnel in the schools of 400 persons and the 9 experts with knowledge and research in schools. 2) Constructing a research management model for the schools under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Areas. The data sources were 9 purposely selected experts with knowledge and research in schools. 3) Evaluating the constructed model of research management for its possibility and usefulness. Sources of data were 180 informants who were purposely selected teachers and school personnel under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Areas. The Statistics used for data analysis were means and standard deviation. These are the research findings : 1.The current condition of research  practices in schools under the Ofice of Secondary Educational Service Area  were 1) the research management inputs in schools, 2) the process of research management with empowerment evaluation and 3) the quality development of research management in schools. 2. The constructed of the research management model for the schools under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area consisted of three principle components namely : component 1 : the successful research management factors. Component 2 : the management process of empowerment evaluation. Component 3 : the quality development  of research management 3. The results of evaluating the constructed research management model  reveals the possibility level for implementation was in the “high” level and the usefulness was in the “highest” level.
