Abstract

This research article has three objectives: 1) to study the concept and the theory of motivation enhancement of Employees in Performing Duty of model company 2) to study Buddhist principles for motivation enhancement of employees in performing Duty of Thainitshoei.Co.,Ltd. 3) To present a model of a Buddhist integrated enhancement of employees’ motivation in performing duty of Thainitshoei.Co.,Ltd. This research is qualitative research, the research tools were in-depth interviews with 18 key informants and documentary analysis to deliver the result in descriptive analytics. The results showed that the concept and the theory of motivation enhancement of Employees in Performing Duty of model company is to enhance motivation in performing duty starting from management, coordination and participation in various activities as well as using Two Factor Theory: Motivation factors and Maintenance factors that related to internal and external factors. These factors promote motivation enhancement in performing duty with efficiency, happy-culture organization where employees working in good environment, recieving appropriate compensation, using high technology materials without getting high pressure. For the problems and obstacles in motivation enhancement in duty performing are personnel issues, inappropriate compensation, economic conditions, higher production costs. The integrated Buddhist principles are The 4 Iddhibadas, The 4 Brahma Viharas, The 4 Sangahavatthu. The model of a Buddhist Integrated Enhancement of Employees’ Motivation in Performing Duty of Thainitshoei.Co.,Ltd. is called "BMW", which consists of 1) Buddha Dhamma Principles 2) Management 3) Worker of company supported with internal and external factors will enhance motivation in employees’ performing duty to be efficiency and effectively leading to meet company goals in costs, costs, materials, and management. The model “BMW” can be applied to enhance the employee's duty performing motivation to have faith and confidence in the organization's operations and continue working with the organization in a stable and sustainable way.
