การศึกษาปัจจัยความเป็นนวัตกรของนักศึกษาครูมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครสวรรค์

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบความเป็นนวัตกรของนักศึกษาครู มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครสวรรค์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการพัฒนาองค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ คือ นักศึกษาครู ชั้นปีที่ 1-4 คณะครุศาสตร์ ภาคการศึกษา 2 ปีการศึกษา 2566 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครสวรรค์ จำนวน 600 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามมีลักษณะเป็นแบบมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับของลิเคิร์ท ค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องเท่ากับ 1.00 ทุกรายข้อ ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.99 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบ
เชิงสำรวจใช้การสกัดองค์ประกอบด้วยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบหลัก และหมุนแกนองค์ประกอบแบบมุมฉากด้วยวิธีแวริแมกซ์ การสรุปผลการวิเคราะห์ผลการตรวจสอบความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปร โดยพิจารณาตัวบ่งชี้ที่มีน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบ 0.3 ขึ้นไป และพิจารณาค่าความแปรปรวนรวมองค์ประกอบที่มีค่าไอเกน (Eigen Value) มากกว่าหรือเท่ากับ 1.0 และ มีจำนวนตัวบ่งชี้แต่ละองค์ประกอบตั้งแต่ 3 ตัวขึ้นไป (Three Indicator Rule)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า องค์ประกอบในการเป็นตัวบ่งชี้ความเป็นนวัตกรของนักศึกษาครู มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครสวรรค์ มี 8 องค์ประกอบ 46 ตัวบ่งชี้ โดยมีองค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ความท้าทายในการทำงาน ความมุ่งมั่นและตั้งใจ ความคิดเชิงนวัตกรรม การสื่อสาร การทำงานเป็นทีม การยอมรับความเสี่ยง และการแก้ปัญหา ซึ่งทั้ง 8 องค์ประกอบอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 43.274 โดยแต่ละองค์ประกอบอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 6.432, 6.290, 5.786, 5.231, 5.123, 4.997, 4.906 และ 4.501 ตามลำดับ
