Abstract
The objectives of this research were: 1. to study the level of transformational leadership and skills in the digital age of school administrators under the jurisdiction of the Educational Service Area Office and 2. to compare transformational leadership with skills in the digital age of school administrators under the jurisdiction of the Educational Service Area Office Phetchaburi Classified by level of education and work experience and the size of the school It is a research that combines qualitative and quantitative research (Mixed Methods) with research tools such as questionnaires. The sample consisted of 103 teachers and administrators in basic educational institutions under the Petchranakorn Educational Service Area Office. Size was determined using the Craigie and Morgan tables obtained by stratified random sampling. (stratified random sampling) according to the proportion of teachers under the Office of Krung Petchranakorn Educational Service Area. Then the data collected from the questionnaire was analyzed using descriptive statistics consisting of percentage, mean, standard deviation. and compared by t-test and F-statistic test. The information is gathered from literary documents.
The results showed that 1) Transformational Leadership and Skills in the Digital Age of School Administrators under the district office study area Phetchaburi Overall, it was at a high level. 2) The working experiences of administrators and teachers in educational institutions were different. The size of the school is different. But nowadays, the world is changing rapidly. cause a single person may have to perform multiple tasks
