Administration of the Kanchanaburi Provincial Administrative Organization

Abstract

The purpose of this research study is: 1) to study the management of administrative organizations in Kanchanaburi Province: 2) Study the future management methods of administrative organizations in Kanchanaburi Province. This is a quantitative study using the samples used in this study. 175 people, who were in Administrative organization of Kanchanaburi Province, were collected data by using questionnaires, and then analyzing the data by using frequencies, percentages, averages and standard deviation.

The finding was as follow: the administrative level of the Kanchanaburi Provincial Administrative Organization which consists of supervisors and organizations, had an overall average level of high (= 3.62, SD = 0.72) and personnel. The overall mean is at a high level
(= 4.00, SD = 0.81)

This research suggested that the respondents had a desire for management to be in accordance with assigned tasks. To be effective in the mission covering every aspect and bring technology to use within the organization. To reduce the work process, it should be systematic ordering according to hierarchy, emphasizing important points and arranging the importance of work. In order to create cooperation between divisions/departments/offices within the organization, activities or projects must be arranged, such as organizing recreational activities. To create a bond and create good human relations within the organization, etc.
