Guidelines for educational supervision in the BANI World era

Abstract
This article aims to propose guidelines for educational supervision in the BANI World era and techniques for promoting learning management of teachers and educational personnel. Due to changes in the economy, society, and technological and digital advancements (Digital Disruption) come to a state of change like VUCA World. It has transitioned into the BANI World era, with an aging society and new emerging diseases, which is a fragile world full of worries difficult to understand and unpredictable which has a direct impact on education. After the outbreak of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), it has caused a recession in the learning of students (Learning loss) at all levels. Education administrators, educational institution administrators, educational supervisors, teachers and educational personnel. Therefore, it is necessary to adapt to such changes. Preparing students to have knowledge and understanding of the phenomena that occur. Educational supervision is therefore an important mechanism for helping, supporting, promoting, guiding, and facilitating teachers and educational personnel to improve and develop the teaching and learning process. They can select teaching materials, innovations, Technology and learning resources, appropriate measurement and evaluation. It's still learning, collaborative, professional planning and development between supervisors and those receiving supervision. For the same goal, which is the quality of the students or the efficiency of the learning outcomes of the students. It also reduces inequality and increases educational opportunities.
