Development of Elderly Financial Planning Applications for People of All Ages Lower Central Province 1

Abstract

This research aims to develop a financial planning application for the elderly and people of all ages in the Lower Central Province 1. The objective is to develop a mobile application for financial planning in the elderly for people of all ages and evaluate the efficiency of mobile applications for financial development planning in the elderly for people of all ages. The research employed a questionnaire as a tool to develop a prototype application, with a sample group of 40 participants. The findings from the design process classified the application’s functions into income and expense recording, income and expense reporting, and financial status analysis. These features enable elderly users to efficiently utilize the application for tracking financial transactions and strategic financial planning. The performance evaluation results are at an excellent level. The average value of performance evaluation was 4.75. The satisfaction evaluation results from application testing were at a high level.
