The Relationship between Administrator Roles and Participatory Management of District Vocational Training Centers under Pattani Vocational Education

Abstract
This research aimed to study: 1) the level of administrators' roles at the District Vocational Training Centers under Pattani Provincial Vocational Education, 2) the level of participatory management at the District Vocational Training Centers under Pattani Provincial Vocational Education, and 3) the relationship between the administrators' roles and participatory management at the District Vocational Training Centers under Pattani Provincial Vocational Education. This study was quantitative research, using a questionnaire to collect data from a research sample of 206 administrators, teachers, and educational personnel, obtained through simple random sampling. The statistics used for data analysis included mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's product-moment correlation coefficient.
The research findings revealed that: 1. The overall level of the 5 administrator roles at the District Vocational Training Centers under Pattani Provincial Vocational Education was at a high level (=4.17, S.D.=0.59), with the "Supporter and Promoter" role being at a high level (
=4.41, S.D.=0.65). 2. The overall level of participatory management at the District Vocational Training Centers under Pattani Provincial Vocational Education was at a high level (
=4.13, S.D.=0.61), with "Participation in Implementation" being at a high level (
=4.38, S.D.=0.67). 3. The overall roles of administrators had a positive correlation with overall participatory management, with statistical significance at the 0.01 level (Pearson's r=0.709), indicating a relatively high correlation.
