The study of moral and ethical factors of the army finance officers

The purpose of this research was to study the moral and ethical factors, behavioral moral and ethical of army finance officers. This research is a qualitative research by reviewing the concept of morality and ethics from the literature review and interviewing the retired of army finance officers. Interviewing using a structured interview form in depth interviews. The sample group consisted of 5 people. Descriptive data was analyzed.
The results of the research presented that the moral and ethical principles about honesty of army finance officers combined of 1.Individuals which are physical, verbal, and spiritual, 2.Social which are co-workers, and organizations, 3.Economy which are personnel, co-workers, and organizations .4.Culture which are personnel, and organization,5.Rules which are personnel, and organization, 6.Working which are personnel, and organization, and.7.Psychology which are personnel, co-workers, and organization.
The suggestion from this research is Military organizations are focus on command lines. If having a short command line help make the policy down to the operator faster and monitor the behavior easy. A supervisor is come from the financial line helps to know the problems, understand and sympathize with the subordinates as well and help promote behavior Morality, ethics and integrity
