TRANSFORMATION LEADERSHIP OF THE ADMINISTRATORS IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS AND THE INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY OF SKON CHUM SIN SCHOOL GROUP

The aims of this study are 1) to examine the transformational leadership of administrators in educational institutions within the Skon Chum Sin School Group and; 2) to investigate the management of information and communication technology within these institutions. The population includes 150 individuals from educational institutions under the Office of the Basic Education Commission, with a sample group of 108 people selected using Krejcie and Morgan's table.
The research utilized a questionnaire as the research instrument, and statistical analysis included mean and standard deviation.
The findings of the study indicated that: 1) The transformational leadership of administrators in schools within the Skol Chumsin School Group was rated at a high level. The aspects were ranked in descending order: willingness to challenge the process, taking on leadership roles, enhancing
the performance of others, inspiring a shared vision, and building morale and;
2) The management of information and communication technology in educational institutions within the Skon Chum Sin School Group was overall rated at a high level. The aspects were ranked in descending order: developing ICT systems to support management and services, enhancing the ability of teachers and education personnel to use ICT for education, developing ICT infrastructure to expand access to educational services and lifelong learning, supporting electronic teaching and learning systems to develop learners and promote research and development, and enhancing knowledge of technology and innovation for education.
