Abstract
The purpose of this article is to examine the concepts and guideline for building immunity on juvenile against crime victimization and juvenile delinquency in the past and present society, to study the problems for building immunity on juvenile, and to propose to examples of appropriate forms and policies in guideline for building immunity on juvenile against crime victimization and juvenile delinquency in Thailand society. A guideline,
it corresponds to four important elements: 1) Personal factors 2) Family factors 3) Educational institution factors and 4) Social or Community factors. To be able to drive the policy for building immunity on juvenile against crime victimization and juvenile delinquency, which suitable for Thailand effective.
