Abstract
This article aims to demonstrate the professional development of school administration in the New Normal era. Nowadays, educational institution administrators have to build knowledge and understand various competencies as it is a necessary factor for the country's development. Education quality reflects the progress of educational management performance, focusing systematically and continuously on individual development. This is considered as a continuous self-improvement that accommodates the change of a New Normal era and constantly uses the knowledge, skills, and experience obtained to work professionally. It also helps maintain a career in advancement, praise, and respond to the educational institute's standard, the goal of the governing body. Quality educational administrators tend to have both knowledge innovation and strong civic study in the New Normal era.
