Agreement testing by using the One-Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test. The results revealed that the learning management system that was developed had 4 parts; user management, content management, web board management, and statistics management. The efficiency of the developed learning management system was at the highest level and the experts' agreement had a significant alignment at the level of .05. The functional aspect of the system was evaluated at the highest level.
