Abstract

This research aimed to study (1) The level of transformational leadership of School Administrators (2) The level of Effectiveness Education Quality Assurance and (3) The relationship between transformational leadership of School Administrators of Effectiveness Education Quality Assurance under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Kamphaengphet. The sample was a teacher in schools the representative sample randomly selected only 302. They were selected by using Krejcie & Morgan table, the instrument for collecting data was the 5 rating scales questionnaire. Analysis data by the statistics used in this research were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient. The research results were found as follows; 1. The level of transformational leadership of School Administrators overall is at a high-level (gif.latex?\bar{x}= 4.28). Each aspect was also found at the highest was the Idealized Influence (gif.latex?\bar{x}= 4.41) and the lowest was the Individualized Consideration (gif.latex?\bar{x}= 4.14), respectively. 2. The level of Effectiveness Education Quality Assurance overall is at a high-level (gif.latex?\bar{x}= 4.23). Each aspect was also found at the highest was the managing and administration process (gif.latex?\bar{x}= 4.33) and the lowest was the learner’s quality, and the transferring (gif.latex?\bar{x}= 4.04), respectively. 3. The relationship between transformational leadership of School Administrators of Effectiveness Education Quality Assurance under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Kamphaengphet was, overall found with has a positive relationship at a high level (rxy = 0.76) with a statistically significant at 0.01.
