บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1)ระดับภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2)ระดับประสิทธิผลการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา และ 3)ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงกับประสิทธิผลการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากำแพงเพชร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ครูในสถานศึกษา จำนวน 302 คน ด้วยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย ได้มาโดยการกำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการเปิดตาราง Krejcie & Morgan เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามประเมินค่า 5 ระดับ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ระดับภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา พบว่า ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 4.28) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า สูงสุด คือ ด้านการมีอิทธิพลอย่างมีอุดมการณ์ (
= 4.41) ส่วนด้านต่ำสุด คือ ด้านการคำนึงถึงความเป็นปัจเจกบุคคล (
= 4.14) ตามลำดับ 2. ระดับประสิทธิผลการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา พบว่า ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (
= 4.23) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า สูงสุด คือ ด้านกระบวนการบริหารและการจัดการ (
= 4.33) ส่วนด้านต่ำสุด คือ คุณภาพของผู้เรียน (
= 4.04) ตามลำดับ 3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา พบว่า ในภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก ในระดับสูง (rxy= 0.76) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01
