The Relationship Between Human Resource Development and Teacher Working Satisfaction in School Under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Kamphaengphet

Abstract
This research aimed to study (1) the level of human resource development; (2) the level of teachers' working satisfaction; and (3) the relationship between human resource development and teachers' working satisfaction in schools. The sample used consisted of 302 teachers in school institutions by simple random sampling. The research tool used was a 5-point rating scale questionnaire format for evaluation with a confidence value of 0.97. The statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson correlation coefficient. The research findings were as follows: 1. The level of human resource development overall was found at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average was organizational development followed by the development of individuality, and the lowest part was career development; 2. The level of teachers’ working satisfaction overall was found at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average was the responsibility followed by relationships with colleagues and the lowest part was the advancement in position; 3. The correlation between human resource development and teachers' working satisfaction in school. This was a high level of positive correlation (rxy = .95) with a statistically significant at .01.
