The purposes of this survey research were to 1) study the level of service efficiency; and 2) study factors influencing service efficiency. The samples obtained by using random sampling were from 379 service users at Khao Mai Kaew Subdistrict Administrative Organization in commercial affairs. A set of questionnaires with a reliability of 0.966 was used as the research tool for data gathering. The results of the research found that the service efficiency was at the highest level (= 4.33), 2) factors affecting service efficiency were the factor of demand response (X1), speed of service (X2), service capability (X3), equitable service (X5), sufficient service (X6), timely service (X7), continuous service (X8), progressive service (X9), which could be jointly explained the variation of service efficiency of the Khao Mai Kaew Subdistrict Administrative Organization in terms of commercial affairs by 60.90%, and a forecast equation with raw score form could be written as follows:
