Factors Affecting the Efficiency Performance of Employees’ PCS Security and Facility Services Company Limited

Abstract
This survey research aimed 1) To study the characteristics of cleaning staff job satisfaction factor and the performance 2) to compare the characteristics and the performance by personal factor 3) to study job satisfaction factors that influence the performance. The sample was taken from 200 cleaning staff of PCS Security and Facility Services Company Limited. The statistics used in the data analysis represented mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-Way ANOVA, and Multiple Regression The results showed that 1) the job satisfaction factor, overall average satisfaction was at the highest level and the overall efficiency of the cleaning staff, it had the highest average of opinions. 2) there was a statistical significant difference of gender, age, education level, marital status, the experience of work and the average monthly income to the different performance 3) Job satisfaction factor was 5 aspects; compensation and benefits (X1) Job characteristics (X2) Relationships within the organization (X3) recognized job status (X4) promotion carrier opportunities (X5) statistically significantly influenced on the performance and could describe 69.70% variation in performance of PCS Security and Facility Services Company Limited cleaning staff.
