Development Core Competency in the Job Performance of Personnel in Subdistrict Administrative Organizations in Saraburi Province

Abstract

The objectives of the research were 1) to study the level of core performance capacity of personnel; 2) to determine the level of developing core performance capacity of personnel; and 3) to determine the hierarchy of requirements for core performance capacity of personnel at subdistrict administrative organizations in Saraburi Province. The population for the study was 354 people. The instrument used in the study of the questionnaire. Data were analyzed by using statistics as percentage, arithmetic means, and standard deviations. The research results were found as follows: 1) core performance capacity of personnel at Subdistrict Administrative Organizations in Saraburi Province is perceived at a high level ( gif.latex?\bar{x}=4.43); 2) the requirements of core performance capacity of personnel at Subdistrict Administrative Organizations in Saraburi Province as perceived at a high level ( gif.latex?\bar{x} =4.26); and 3) the requirements of core performance capacity of personnel at Subdistrict Administrative Organizations in Saraburi Province as perceived in the following descending order: achievement focusing, occupational expertise accumulation, good service, adherence to correctness, rightfulness, ethics and teamwork.
