Human Resource Management Processes Affecting the Performance of Sub-district Administrative Organization Employees, Pak Khat District, Bueng Kan Province

Abstract

This research aimed to study human resource management and efficiency in the performance of sub-district administrative organization employees in Pak Khat District, Bueng Kan Province, and how human resource management affects the efficiency of work of sub-district administrative organization employees in Pak Khat District, Bueng Kan Province. It was quantitative research. The population used in this research was the administration and employees working in the Sub-District Administrative Organization, Pak Khat District, Bueng Kan Province. The sample size was calculated using the Krejcie and Morgan formulas. A sample of 202 people was obtained. The research tools were questionnaires. The statistics to be used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA, and multiple linear regression. It was found that (1) human resource management and efficiency in the performance of sub-district administrative organization employees in Pak Khat District, Bueng Kan Province. Overall, human resource management as a whole was agreed upon at a high level, and overall operational efficiency was also at a high level. (2) human resource management affects the efficiency of work of sub-district administrative organization employees, Pak Khat District, Bueng Kan Province is the recruiting, selection, and training development.
