Abstract

The objectives of this research were to 1) study knowledge management level 2) compare personnel‘s opinions on knowledge management classified by personal and 3) study the problems, obstacles, and solutions about knowledge management. 330 employees and civil servants working in Prawet District Office were selected using a simple random sampling technique as the study samples. Questionnaires were used for collecting data. Percentage, mean, standard deviation, and one-way analysis of variance were used for data analysis. The results of this research are as follows. The overall knowledge management of the Prawet District Office was at a high level. In terms of ranking each aspect according to the means from the most to the least, knowledge indication, systematic knowledge management, learning, sharing and exchanging knowledge, processing and screening knowledge, knowledge accession, and creating and seeking knowledge. There were no significantly different opinions among people with different average monthly incomes whereas there were significant differences at 0.05 among those with different genders, ages, education levels, and experience of perform one’s duty.
