บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับการจัดการความรู้ 2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรเกี่ยวกับการจัดการความรู้ จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล 3) ศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการจัดการความรู้ ประชากร ได้แก่ บุคลากรที่เป็นพนักงานจ้าง และข้าราชการที่ปฏิบัติงานในสำนักงานเขตประเวศ กรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 330 คน ได้รับเลือกเป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษาโดยวิธีสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า การจัดการความรู้ภาพรวมของสำนักงานเขตประเวศ อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านตามค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ การบ่งชี้ความรู้ การจัดการความรู้ให้เป็นระบบการเรียนรู้ การแบ่งปันแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ การประมวลและกลั่นกรองความรู้ ด้านการเข้าถึงความรู้ และการสร้างและแสวงหาความรู้ ตามลำดับ ส่วนความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรเกี่ยวกับการจัดการความรู้จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า ผู้ที่มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนต่างกัน ไม่มีความแตกต่าง ในขณะที่ผู้ที่มีเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ 0.05
