Investment Incentives Factors Investing to the Nakhon Nayok City Park Project for Investors in Nakhon Nayok Province

Abstract
The objective of “Investment incentives factors investing to the Nakhon Nayok City Park Project for investors in Nakhon Nayok Province 1) to study individual factors of investors 2) To compare the investment in Nakhon Nayok City Park Project of investors in Nakhon Nayok Province to their personal factors 3) To study the supporting factors Influence on investment. The sample group was taken from investors in Nakhon Nayok Province. We use questionnaires as a tool for data collection. The statistics used for data analysis are Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, One-Way ANOVA, Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient and Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of the research were as follows: 1) Overall supporting factors had the mean at ahigh level 2) There was statistically significant difference of mean in gender, age, education, occupation and income of Investors in Nakhon Nayok City Park Project, Nakhon Nayok province. 3) Overall supporting factors correlated with investors at a very high level (r = .985). Variable factors influencing investment sort in order is Provincial potential (X1), project potential (X3), and internal incentives (X4), key environment (X2) and internal incentives (X4) can describe the changes in investment variables in the Nakhon Nayok City Park project of investors. In Nakhon Nayok province, 97.10 percent could be defined the forecasting equation in the form of raw scores as follows:
