ปัจจัยจูงใจในการลงทุนในโครงการนครนายกซิตี้ปาร์คของผู้ลงทุนในจังหวัดนครนายก

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยสนับสนุนของผู้ลงทุน 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการลงทุนในโครงการนครนายกซิตี้ปาร์คของผู้ลงทุนจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการลงทุน โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ลงทุนในจังหวัดนครนายก ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-test ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน การวิเคราะห์การถดถอย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ปัจจัยสนับสนุนในภาพรวม มีค่าเฉลี่ยในระดับมาก 2) การลงทุนในโครงการนครนายกซิตี้ปาร์คแตกต่างกัน เมื่อเพศ อายุ การศึกษา อาชีพ และรายได้แตกต่างกัน 3) ปัจจัยสนับสนุนมีความสัมพันธ์กับการลงทุนในระดับสูงมาก (r=.985) ตัวแปรที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการลงทุนเรียงตามลำดับคือ ศักยภาพของจังหวัด (X1) ศักยภาพของโครงการ (X3) สถานที่แวดล้อมที่สำคัญ (X2) และแรงจูงใจภายใน (X4) สามารถอธิบายการเปลี่ยนแปลงของตัวแปรการลงทุนในโครงการนครนายกซิตี้ปาร์คของผู้ลงทุนในจังหวัดนครนายกได้ร้อยละ 97.10 เขียนสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบ ได้ดังนี้
= 0.597 + 0.354 X1 + 0.214 X3 + 0.194 X2 + 0.101 X4
