Risk Management Model of Schools Under the Foundation of the Church of Christ in Thailand

Abstract
This research aims to study 1) Create a model of risk management for schools under the Foundation of the Church of Christ in Thailand. 2) Evaluate the model of risk management of schools under the Foundation of the Church of Christ in Thailand. This research is mixed methods research. The sample of the study was school administrators under the Foundation of the Church of Christ in Thailand. The instrument for collecting data was purposive sampling. The data were analyzed by using means and standard deviation. The research results were found as follows; 1) Risk management model of schools under the Foundation of the Church of the Christ in Thailand, it was composed of two aspects; the first aspect was related to principles and objectives, and the second aspect was the operating processes, which were 1) review 2) four steps of procedures: (1) the culture of the risk management, (2) the policy of the risk management, (3) the structure of the risk management, (4) the process of the risk management, and 2) Evaluating the model of risk management of schools under the Foundation of the Church of Christ in Thailand, there were appropriateness and possibility, including the highest level of benefits.
