รูปแบบการบริหารความเสี่ยงของโรงเรียนสังกัดมูลนิธิแห่งสภาคริสตจักรในประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) สร้างรูปแบบการบริหารความเสี่ยงของโรงเรียนสังกัดมูลนิธิแห่งสภาคริสตจักรในประเทศไทย 2) ประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารความเสี่ยงของโรงเรียนสังกัดมูลนิธิแห่งสภาคริสตจักรในประเทศไทย เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนสังกัดมูลนิธิแห่งสภาคริสตจักรในประเทศไทย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) รูปแบบการบริหารความเสี่ยงของโรงเรียนสังกัดมูลนิธิแห่งสภาคริสตจักรในประเทศไทย ประกอบด้วย 2 ส่วน ได้แก่ ส่วนที่ 1 หลักการและวัตถุประสงค์ ส่วนที่ 2 กลไกการดำเนินงาน แบ่งเป็น 2 ขั้นตอนหลัก 1) การทบทวน 2) การดำเนินงาน 4 ขั้นตอนย่อย ได้แก่ (1) วัฒนธรรมการบริหารความเสี่ยง (2) นโยบายการบริหารความเสี่ยง (3) โครงสร้างการบริหารความเสี่ยง และ (4) กระบวนการบริหารความเสี่ยง และ 2) ผลการประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารความเสี่ยงของโรงเรียนสังกัดมูลนิธิแห่งสภาคริสตจักรในประเทศไทย โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ มีความเห็นว่า มีความเหมาะสม และผู้บริหารโรงเรียน มีความเห็นว่า มีความเป็นไปได้และมีความเป็นประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
