Administrative Factors and Quality Culture Factors Affecting Excellence School of School Under Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study the level of administrative factors, quality culture factors and the level of excellence school under Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 and to study administrative factors and quality culture factors affecting excellence school under Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The research sample were 37 school administrators and 290 teachers. The tools used for data collection was a rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple stepwise regression analysis. The results of the study were as follows: 1) administrative factors overall were at a high level, quality culture factors of school overall were at a high level and the overall level of excellence school under Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 were at the highest level. 2) administrative factors and quality cultural factors were able to predict the excellence school under Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 at 72.20% with a statistical significance at the .05 level. The administrative factors of learning process management had the most effect the excellence school, followed by administrative factors in organizational strategy, quality culture factor in teamwork and quality culture factors in motivating work performance.
