บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับปัจจัยทางการบริหาร ปัจจัยวัฒนธรรมคุณภาพ และระดับความเป็นเลิศของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต1 2) ศึกษาปัจจัยทางการบริหาร และปัจจัยวัฒนธรรมคุณภาพที่ส่งผลต่อความเป็นเลิศของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 37 คน ครูและบุคลากร 290 คน รวม 327 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบเป็นขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ปัจจัยทางการบริหารของสถานศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก, ปัจจัยวัฒนธรรมคุณภาพของสถานศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และความเป็นเลิศของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 1 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) ปัจจัยทางการบริหารและปัจจัยวัฒนธรรมคุณภาพสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ความเป็นเลิศของสถานศึกษา ได้ร้อยละ 72.20 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยปัจจัยทางการบริหารด้านการจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้ส่งผลต่อความเป็นเลิศของสถานศึกษามากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ปัจจัยทางการบริหารด้านกลยุทธ์องค์การ ปัจจัยวัฒนธรรมคุณภาพด้านการทำงานเป็นทีม และปัจจัยวัฒนธรรมคุณภาพด้านการสร้างแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงาน ตามลำดับ
