Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) the new level of government management and reform of the bureaucracy. 2) Factors affecting the new government management and bureaucratic reforms, and 3) the structure of the relationship between the new government administration and the reform of the bureaucracy. is an exploratory research the population used in this study were civil servants, employees and employees of special forms of local government organizations Bangkok, 50 districts, with a total population of 52,023 people, a sample of 2,110 people by specific sampling. Collect data from specific questionnaires. and analyzed by statistical package program such as frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation. and analysis of the lisrel model. The results of the research showed that 1) the new level of government management Review of the role of the government sector result-oriented Performance measurement Imitation of private sector management and transparency at a high level bureaucratic reform of management methods in organizing appropriate government structures in the aspect of changing the roles and missions of the government Reform of personnel management and the reform of the budget system 2) Factors affecting the new government administration and reform of the civil service system Reform of the bureaucratic system, personnel management and 3) the structure of the relationship between the new government administration and the reform of the bureaucracy there are both positive and negative correlations.
