องค์ประกอบของโรงเรียนคุณภาพและปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเป็นโรงเรียนคุณภาพสำหรับสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็กของรัฐ

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบของโรงเรียนคุณภาพและปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเป็นโรงเรียนคุณภาพสำหรับสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็กของรัฐ ใช้วิธีการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ โรงเรียนประถมศึกษาขนาดเล็กของรัฐในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ จำนวน 660 โรงเรียน ได้มาจากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์โมเดลสมการโครงสร้าง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า องค์ประกอบของโรงเรียนคุณภาพ สังเกตได้จากนักเรียนมีคุณภาพ การบริหารจัดการเยี่ยม ครูมืออาชีพ และรางวัลที่โรงเรียนได้รับ ส่วนปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเป็นโรงเรียนคุณภาพสำหรับสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็กของรัฐ มี 4 ปัจจัย คือ 1) ปัจจัยด้านคุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังเกตได้จากมีทักษะการบริหารจัดการ ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการ และมีคุณธรรมจริยธรรม 2) ปัจจัยด้านสภาพแวดล้อม สังเกตได้จากอาคารสถานที่ สื่ออุปกรณ์แหล่งเรียนรู้ และสังคมวัฒนธรรม 3) ปัจจัยด้านการปฏิบัติงานของครู สังเกตได้จากพฤติกรรมการสอน ความพึงพอใจในการทำงาน ได้รับการสนับสนุนทางสังคม และการทำงานเป็นทีม และ 4) ปัจจัยด้านการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน สังเกตได้จากระดมทรัพยากร วางแผนกำหนดนโยบาย และติดตามประเมินผล
