Composition of Quality Schools and Factors Affecting Quality Schools for Small Public Educational Establishments

Abstract

The objective of this research was to analyze the composition of quality schools and factors affecting quality schools for small public educational establishments. using integrated research methods The samples used in the research were A total of 660 small public primary schools in the northeastern region were obtained through multistage sampling. The research tools consisted of questionnaires. Data Analysis by Structural Equation Model Analysis The results showed that the Composition of a quality school was Observed by quality students Excellent management, professional teachers, and awards the school has received. As for the factors affecting to be a quality school for small state educational institutions, there are 4 factors: 1) Characteristics of educational institution administrators. Observed by having management skills Academic Leadership and have morals and ethics 2) environmental factors Observable from the building learning resources and socio-cultural; 3) teachers' performance factors observed from teaching behavior job satisfaction get social support and teamwork, and 4) community participation factor. observed from the mobilization of resources planning policy and follow-up evaluation.
