Organizational Culture of Local Administrative Organization in the Era of Thailand 4.0

Abstract

If all sectors are responsible for driving the society towards Thailand 4.0, local administrative organization could not avoid such duty as well. The purpose of this article was to explore type of organizational culture, that could be established organizational effectiveness in order to achieve goals as well as innovation initiative, through canonical correlation analysis. The framework of study was based on the Denison organizational culture model; involvement culture, consistency culture, adaptability culture and mission culture and The 4 C's organizational effectiveness model; collaborate, control, creative, and compete. The results revealed that mission culture and adaptability culture were dominant cultures that effect on creative and compete effectiveness model. Particularly, adaptability culture will be actually contribute greatly to the strengthening of local administrative organization in the era of Thailand 4.0.
