Abstract

The aims of this research were: 1) to examine the level of factors affecting academic administration; 2) to examine the level of academic administration for Learning Loss Recovery of Students; 3) to examine the relationship of factors affecting academic administration for Learning Loss Recovery of Students; and 4) to create prediction equations of factors affecting academic administration for Learning Loss Recovery of Students. This is quantitative research. The sample consisted of 120 teachers, obtained by using the G*power program. They were simple random samples. The tool used to collect data was a 5-level estimation questionnaire with a reliability of .953. The analyses were descriptive statistics: frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression. The results were as follows:1) Factors affecting academic administration for learning loss recovery of students were high at the overall level. 2) Academic administration for learning loss recovery of students was high in the overall picture. 3) The relationship between factors affecting academic administration and learning loss recovery of students was found to have a positive correlation that was statistically significant at a level of .05. 4) Factors affecting academic administration for learning loss recovery of students were Teacher leadership (X2) and Parents participation (X3), which could jointly predict academic administration for learning loss recovery of students at 85.00 percent with statistical significance at the level of .05. The raw and standard scores were as follows: Prediction equation in raw score Ŷ = 0.082 + 0.601 (X2) + 0.368 (X3), Prediction equation in standard score ZY = 0.612 (X2) + 0.337 (X3).
