บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการเพื่อฟื้นฟูภาวะถดถอยทางการเรียนรู้ 2) ศึกษาระดับการบริหารงานวิชาการเพื่อฟื้นฟูภาวะถดถอยทางการเรียนรู้ 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการ และ 4) สร้างสมการพยากรณ์ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการเพื่อฟื้นฟูภาวะถดถอยทางการเรียนรู้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือข้าราชการครู โดยการใช้โปรแกรม G*power และการสุ่มอย่างง่าย 102 คน เครื่องมือเป็นแบบสอบถามประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .953 สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ % S.D. ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) การบริหารงานวิชาการเพื่อฟื้นฟูภาวะถดถอยทางการเรียนรู้ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3) ความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการมีความสัมพันธ์กันเชิงบวก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติระดับ .05 4) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการเพื่อฟื้นฟูภาวะถดถอยทางการเรียนรู้ คือ ด้านภาวะผู้นำครู (X2) และด้านการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครอง (X3) มีอำนาจพยากรณ์ได้ร้อยละ 85.00 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 ซึ่งเขียนสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบ Ŷ = 0.082 + 0.601 (X2) + 0.368 (X3), สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน ZY = 0.612 (X2) + 0.337 (X3)
