Proposed Strategy for Managing in the Information Technology and Communication for Basic Educational Schools under Roi-Et Primary Educational Service Area Office

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to: 1) develop a proposed strategy for managing; and 2) examine the suitability and feasibility of the proposed strategy for managing information technology and communication for basic educational schools under Roi-Et Primary Educational Service Area Office. The research was divided into two phases: 1) developing a strategy for managing in the Information Technology and Communication. The samples were 368 people and used a questionnaire and developing the strategy through in-depth interview with 12 experts, and 2) assessing the suitability and feasibility of the strategy with another 9 experts. The research found that; 1. The proposed strategy for managing information technology and communication for basic educational schools under Roi-Et primary educational service area office, consists of 4 strategy aspects, 17 measures and mechanisms that lead to practice in to 46 subjects. The 4 strategy aspects were: 1) using ICT to develops the learning quality of learners; 2) using ICT to develops management and educational service; 3) using ICT to develops effective management of technology and communication systems; and 4) development of ICT infrastructure for education. 2. The appropriateness and feasibility of the strategy for managing Information Technology and Communication for basic educational schools under Roi-Et Primary Educational Service Area have the average at the highest level.
