Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study 1) collaboration in local development between local administrative organizations, community leaders, and people sectors. 2) Conditions related to collaboration in local development between local administrative organizations, community leaders, and people sectors. 3) Create a collaboration model in local development between local administrative organizations, community leaders, and people sectors of Banna subdistrict, Banna district, and Nakhon-Nayok province. Through qualitative research conducted through in-depth interviews, focus groups, and observing activities in the study area, it was found that: 1. there is collaboration in local development between local administrative organizations, community leaders, and people sectors. 4 aspects are: 1) thinking collaboratively 2) planning and decision-making collaboration 3) operation collaboration, and 4) monitoring and evaluation collaboration aspects. 2. Conditions related to collaboration in local development between local administrative organizations, community leaders, and people sectors were found to consist of 1) local politics; 2) leadership; 3) laws and measures; and 4) participation aspects. 3. Create a collaboration model for local development between local administrative organizations, community leaders, and people sectors based on principles. 1) community strengthening; 2) collaboration network building; and 3) integration of collaboration.
