Factor Influence Performance in Helping and Domestic Violence Victim Protection of Shelter for Children and Families's Personnel

Abstract
The purposes of this research are as follows: 1) to study the level of performance in helping and domestic violence victim protection of shelter for children and families’ personnel. 2) to compare the performance in helping and domestic violence victim protection of shelter for children and families' personnel classified by personal factors. 3) to study the correlation between factors related to the performance of shelter for children and families' personnel and efficiency in helping and domestic violence victim protection. This research was quantitative. The sample consisted of 213 social workers, psychologists, social workers on duty, psychologists, and community development workers obtained by multistage randomization. The research tool was a questionnaire, with the confidence of the entire document equal to 0.83. The statistics used for the data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, and the Pearson correlation coefficient. The results were as follows: 1) The level of performance in helping and domestic violence victim protection of shelter for children and families' personnel overall and in each aspect is at a high level. 2) In the comparison of the performance in helping and domestic violence victim protection of shelter for children and families' personnel classified by personal factors, it was found that shelter for children and families' personnel who had sex, age, legal status, educational level, position, work experience, and training as a competent official were different. There is a performance level that does not differ statistically. 3) In the analysis results of the factors related to work and efficiency performance, it was found that overall organization-related aspects were positively associated with moderate operational efficiency levels. In the overall environment, there was a positive correlation with the level of operational efficiency at a low level.
