The Relationship between the Leadership Skills in the 21st Century of School Administrators and the Internal Quality Assurance Process of Private School, Chiangrai Province

Abstract
The research objectives were to (1) study the leadership skills of school administrators in the twenty-first century of private schools in Chiangrai province, (2) study the internal quality assurance process of private schools in Chiangrai province, and (3) study the relationship between the leadership skills of school administrators in the twenty-first century and the internal quality assurance process of private schools in Chiangrai province. It was quantitative research. In the 2022 academic year, 302 private school teachers served as a sample group. A questionnaire was used to collect data, which was then analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's product of moment correlation. The findings found that (1) the overall leadership skills of school administrators in the twenty-first century of private schools in Chiangrai province were at a high level. When inspecting individual aspects, the highest average aspect was decision-making, while achievement orientation was the lowest. (2) The overall internal quality assurance process of private schools in Chiangrai province was at a high level. When inspecting individual aspects, the highest average aspect was assessment and examination of the education quality of schools, while performance review and improvement to meet the quality standards of schools was the lowest. (3) A highly positive relationship between the leadership skills of school administrators in the twenty-first century and the internal quality assurance process of private schools in Chiangrai province was found, significantly at the .01 level with a coefficient of 0.996.
