ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างทักษะภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 กับกระบวนการประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนเอกชน จังหวัดเชียงราย

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาทักษะภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของโรงเรียนเอกชน จังหวัดเชียงราย 2) ศึกษากระบวนการประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนเอกชน จังหวัดเชียงราย และ 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างทักษะภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 กับกระบวนการประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนเอกชน จังหวัดเชียงราย โดยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียนเอกชน จังหวัดเชียงราย ปีการศึกษา 2565 จำนวน 302 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรด้วยวิธีของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับทักษะภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของโรงเรียนเอกชน จังหวัดเชียงราย โดยภาพรวม มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาในรายละเอียด พบว่า ทักษะภาวะผู้นำด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการตัดสินใจ ส่วนด้านการมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ของงาน มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด 2) ระดับกระบวนการประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนเอกชน จังหวัดเชียงราย โดยภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาในรายละเอียด พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการประเมินผลและตรวจสอบคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในสถานศึกษา ส่วนด้านการติดตามผลการดำเนินการเพื่อพัฒนาสถานศึกษาให้มีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานการศึกษา มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างทักษะภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 กับกระบวนการประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนเอกชน จังหวัดเชียงราย มีความสัมพันธ์กันเชิงบวกในระดับสูงมาก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ที่ 0.996
