Public Relations Administration for the Electronic Public Services of the Nonthaburi City Municipality

Abstract
This research aimed to 1) study the administrative problems, 2) investigate the administrative development guidelines, and 3) propose the administrative development guidelines model for the public relations of the electronic public services of the Nonthaburi City Municipality. The research was quantitative, using a questionnaire to collect data from 399 samples residing in the Nonthaburi City Municipality. The research results were found as follows: 1) The most remarkable administrative problem was technology. 2) The most notable administrative development guideline was technology. 3) The administrative development guidelines model for the administration of public relations for the electronic public services of the Nonthaburi City Municipality should consist of seven aspects. The Nonthaburi City Municipality or other local administrative organizations could apply the administrative development guidelines model, which was the new body of knowledge from the research, as its administrative guidelines or Key Performance Indicators for further public service based on the people’s interests, and do further research for its future administrative development to public relations for electronic public services. Also, the people could use the administrative development guidelines model as the basis for their participation, follow-up, and monitoring of the municipality’s administrative development and public relations for electronic public services.
