Abstract

This research aimed to study 1) the conditions and guidelines for developing the Excellence Academic Affairs Management Model for School Administrators in the 21st century. 2) to create and examine an excellent academic affairs management model for school administrators in the 21st century. 3) To try out and evaluate the excellence of the academic affairs management model of school administrators in the 21st century. The samples were administrators and heads of teaching and learning departments in 18 educational institutions and 123 students under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office in Nonthaburi. They were selected by Krejcie and Morgan. The instruments for collecting data were questionnaires and interviews. The analysis of data by descriptive statistics was done by using basic statistics, mean and standard deviation, and content analysis. The research results were found as follows: 1) The condition of academic administration toward excellence among school administrators in the 21st century in a practical way was at a high level in every component. 2) The Excellence Academic Affairs Management Model of School Administrators in the Century was found to have two main components: 1) Components of academic administration towards excellence in the 21st century under the Nonthaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office, which has six sub-components, including 1. Developing the curriculum of educational institutions 2. Learning management 3. Measurement and evaluation 4. Educational supervision 5. Developing a quality assurance system and 6. Developing innovative media and technology for education 3) The results of the evaluation of the Excellence Academic Affairs Management Model of school administrators in the 21st century found that, in terms of feasibility and usefulness overall, it is at the highest level in every issue.
