บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพและแนวทางพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการสู่ความเป็นเลิศของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 2) สร้างและตรวจสอบรูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการสู่ความเป็นเลิศของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 และ 3) ทดลองใช้และประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการสู่ความเป็นเลิศของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 โดยเป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานวิธี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา รองผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา กลุ่มบริหารงานวิชาการ และหัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานนทบุรี จำนวน 18 สถานศึกษา จำนวน 123 คน กำหนดขนาดตัวอย่างตามตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยสถิติพื้นฐาน ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการสู่ความเป็นเลิศของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 การปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมากทุกองค์ประกอบ โดยมี 2 องค์ประกอบหลัก คือ การบริหารงานวิชาการสู่ความเป็นเลิศในศตวรรษที่ 21 และกระบวนการบริหารงานวิชาการสู่ความเป็นเลิศของสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 2) รูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการสู่ความเป็นเลิศ ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 มี 2 องค์ประกอบหลัก คือ การบริหารงานวิชาการสู่ความเป็นเลิศในศตวรรษที่ 21 ซึ่งมี 6 องค์ประกอบย่อย ได้แก่ 1. การพัฒนาหลักสูตรของสถานศึกษา 2. การจัดการเรียนรู้ 3. การวัดผลและประเมินผล 4. การนิเทศการศึกษา 5. การพัฒนาระบบประกันคุณภาพ และ 6. การพัฒนาสื่อนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา และกระบวนการบริหารงานวิชาการสู่ความเป็นเลิศของสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 มี 4 ขั้น ได้แก่ 1. แนวทาง 2. การนำไปปฏิบัติ 3. การทบทวนและการปรับปรุง และ 4 การบูรณาการ และ 3) ผลการประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการสู่ความเป็นเลิศของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 พบว่า มีความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์ โดยรวมอยู่ระดับมากที่สุด ทุกประเด็นรายการ
